Mirigos was born out of a simple idea – hiring engineers globally shouldn’t be hard. Our CEO and founder spent 20+ years in executive roles in engineering companies. During this time he constantly ran into the same tradeoff. Hire locally and face all the usual difficulties or go the outsourcing model and give up control, don’t expect employee loyalty, be constantly surprised and blindsided. Until he came up with a perfect recipe. Why not combine the best of both worlds.

After successfully trying this with his own teams the idea of Mirigos was born. Mirigos means to astonish and we keep astonishing our clients with what we offer.
